Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.
For consumers, the warranty period for new goods is two years from delivery of the goods. For used goods, the warranty period is one year from delivery of the goods, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The above reductions of the limitation period do not apply to claims for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as damages based on intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty by the seller.
Claims under the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
